Too many meetings are a hidden opportunity for leadership. How so? Too many meetings result from two things:
- Too many people hold "approval" power and congest the decision-making process.
- The individual with "approval" power lacks the confidence to own the decision.
"Too many meetings" are a sign for leadership to improve team structure + project ownership. People will rejoice when work starts to flow.
